About Seb

Seb made his WRC co-driving debut at Rallye Deutschland 2008 and has gone on to become a highly respected member of the rally community. His Hyundai Motorsport journey began in 2015 co-driving for Kevin Abbring and he has since contributed significantly to the development of our WRC and R5 cars. The pair secured their first WRC stage wins and Championship points in 2016. In 2017, Seb joined Hayden in the #4 i20 Coupe WRC to compete in Rally de Portugal before teaming up with the Kiwi driver on a regular basis from Germany onwards. A highlight of the nascent partnership was second place in Poland. Thanks to his articulate nature and captivating technical stage commentary, Seb is also a favourite with the media. His attention to detail in writing pace notes is second to none. In whatever free time he has left, Seb takes to the ski slopes and is a huge fan of cycling – both as a participant and spectator.
