Our Selection Process
Application Review
HR and the department responsible jointly review the submitted materials to identify promising candidates.
First Interview
Conducted by an HR Business Partner with the aim to understand both professional and personal situation. In this context, detailed information about the role and company are provided to the candidates.
Second Interview
This comprises a deeper and more technical discussion with the department on job description, tasks, and expectations.
Final Interview & Offer Discussion
Candidates are provided an overview on the offer, including information on benefits and the next steps.
