You are attending one of the most prestigious events on the WRC calendar. Prepare to be part of history as Rallye Monte-Carlo gets the brand new season off to a spectacular start. “Monte” as we affectionately call the rally has been the jewel in the world rally crown since 1911, making it the oldest run event on the calendar. It’s a treasured event and one that deserves utmost respect.
This rally was originally run to promote Monte-Carlo as a tourist destination. Competitors used to start from all over Europe before gathering in Monaco, the culmination of the event. The ceremonial start to this year’s event, at Place du Casino in Monaco, is homage to the rally’s heritage. From there, it’s a whopping 388,59km of competitive rallying around the Alpes Maritimes before coming back to Monaco for a fanfare finish.
