Massimo Carriero’s arrival at the start of the 2026 season added an important leader to Hyundai Motorsport’s existing – and already strong – technical team.
Working alongside Technical Director FX Demaison, Massimo will manage the work of the company’s engineering group, developing Hyundai Motorsport’s in-house capabilities.
He is perfectly placed to help the team build on their existing expertise. He was previously the Principal Team and Development Engineer for McLaren Motorsport’s GT3 project. He has also held senior technical roles at M-Sport in their rallying and GT programmes following an early career that spanned touring cars, rallying and prototypes.
