Pablo Marcos has taken on many roles with Hyundai Motorsport since first joining the team part-time as route note crew for WRC driver Dani Sordo.
He became the Test Coordinator for the i20 R5 project in 2015, and then for our FIA World Rally Championship the following year.
In 2021 he first took on the role of Team Manager for the WRC team, as the latest step in his career, a role he returned to at the beginning of the 2025 season.
He has also been a professional co-driver in national and international rallies and has also worked in logistics, coordination and management roles for rally teams large and small.
