12 June 2026

Circuit Ricardo Tormo

Located approximately 26 kilometres away from Valencia, the track spans 4.005km and hosts multiple car and motorcycle racing series, as well as being the proving ground for Formula E pre-season testing.

2025 will not be the first time a world touring car championship has taken on the Spanish circuit, as it was the site of the WTCC Race of Spain from 2005 to 2012. This round will mark the first of three European events on the calendar – the most the series has seen since its inaugural season.

Located just outside Valencia, Circuit Ricardo Tormo has a rich history of car and motorcycle racing. Spanning 4.005km with tight and technical corners, the iconic track was home to the WTCC Race of Spain from 2005 to 2012, before returning to top-level touring car racing in 2025. As the  second of four European events on the calendar, this race will prove a tough test for even the most seasoned driver.

2025 summary

A strong weekend in Spain saw Hyundai Motorsport secure a race win and a podium, with Néstor leading the charge. Norbert delivered consistent top-five finishes, while Mikel recovered well across the races to add further points to the team’s tally.
