Hunan International Circuit
After debuting on the TCR World Tour calendar in 2024, the Zhuzhou International Circuit returns to the calendar once again in 2025.
Acting as the penultimate round of the season for the second year running, Zhuzhou’s 3.774km layout tests drivers’ abilities with multiple high-speed straights and technical corners. After exhilarating battles in the rain last year saw Mikel surge to victory in Race 1, the unpredictable weather conditions and slick tarmac are set to be a treat for touring car fans worldwide once again.
Debuting in 2024, Zhuzhou International Circuit was China's first motorsport facility built to FIA Grade 2 standards. The 3.774km track combines long, fast straights with technical corners, requiring high speeds and precise control. Hyundai Motorsport has previously secured strong results here and understands how the changing weather conditions can influence the race and provide a dramatic spectacle for touring car fans around the world.
2025 Summary
A competitive return to China saw Hyundai Motorsport secure multiple podium finishes across the weekend. Norbert and Mikel both stepped onto the podium, while Néstor added strong results to cap a solid team performance in varied conditions.
