Concepción
A fast, flowing and technical gravel rally, Chile demands intense focus and precision.
Visibility can be affected by coastal fog and mist, with rain an ever-present threat, so crews need their pace notes to be extremely accurate – landmarks are important if the weather isn’t on your side. Conditions change so quickly that crews can have completely different experiences, adding to the unpredictable challenge. While the road surface is compact, offline can be incredibly polluted. Efficiency is key, as is an adaptable car balance.
2025 summary
We claimed our 12th podium of the season in Chile, with Adrien and Alexandre in a hard-fought third place – which meant a great deal after he missed out on second place in Paraguay just two weeks earlier.
