In 2025, Alexandre will partner Adrien Fourmaux in the Hyundai i20 N Rally1, harnessing his extensive experience to drive their hunt for rally success.

Alexandre began his career in the France Cup competition, before joining WRC3 in just his second year of competition, debuting at 2016 Rally de Portugal alongside Vincent Dubert.

He joined forces with Adrien in 2021, where the pair finished seventh in their first event together, Rally Finland. After a difficult 2022, the pair contested the WRC2 season and the British Rally Championship, in which they claimed five victories on their path to the title.
Their return to WRC in 2024 yielded many stand-out moments, most notably podium finishes at two of the calendar’s most challenging events: Rally Sweden and Safari Rally Kenya.

Joining Hyundai Motorsport for 2025, the French co-driver will look to build further on this solid foundation as the crew establishes itself among the greats of WRC.

Q&A with Alexandre

What is your favorite WRC round and why?

My favorite WRC event is Mexico Rally. Unfortunately, now it’s not on the calendar anymore but, the stages were beautiful. Especially the “El Chocolate” stage!
On the current calendar, my favourite is Sweden. You get a safe feeling when you have nice snowbanks and it’s also the place where Adrien and I achieved our first WRC podium.

What do you do to focus before a rally?

I try to keep everything under control as much as I can.  I try to keep everything under control as much as I can. For me, if we manage all the human variables before the rally, it’s already a good job. Because during the rally, sometimes, we have a lot of surprises (such as weather conditions or mechanical issues etc.)

Which profession would you have chosen if you hadn’t become a rally driver?

I think I still would have worked in motorsport – just not as a co-driver!

Who is your motorsport idol?

I think for me it’s Denis Giraudet.

What’s your secret to success?

It’s important to have a plan for every race and stay focus. Stay focus on what we are able to control, on what is in our power.
