Circuito Internacional de Vila Real

TCR World Tour returns to Portugal for the first time since its debut season – this time at a new track.

The Portuguese racing action will take place on the streets of Vila Real at the Circuito Internacional de Vila Real. The 4.785km configuration consists of 24 corners and rolling elevation changes. Our challengers Norbert and Mikel have both claimed victory at the track previously, giving them an invaluable insight on what it takes to clinch a trophy in the Portuguese streets.

A mainstay of Portuguese motorsport, Circuito Internacional de Vila Real runs for 4.6km on public roads through the historic city and hilly outskirts, combining sharp corners with significant elevation changes. Precision, confidence and unrelenting focus are required to succeed on this unforgiving narrow track. Norbert and Mikel have claimed three victories between them here, bringing irreplaceable knowledge and experience to the team.

2025 Summary

A demanding weekend in Portugal saw Hyundai Motorsport work hard for points across the field. Norbert secured a top-five finish, while Mikel matched that result in a closely fought second race. Néstor added further points as the team navigated a challenging event.
