Our Rally2 crews have climbed through the rallying ranks, and at Hyundai Motorsport we are on a mission to develop them to reach their full potential. Read on to find out more about them, their careers, and even what they like to do in their own time.
Ott & Martin
Estonian duo Ott Tänak and Martin Järveoja are determined to build on their strong performances and title fight in 2024 this year. With nine seasons together under their belts, the pair has proven their ability to master every surface, claiming an impressive 133 stage wins in Hyundai colours. Their journey with us has been full of standout moments, including a pivotal home soil victory and three other podiums in 2020 that helped secure the manufacturers’ title. Those achievements set the tone for a partnership defined by resilience and success. As they return to the #8 Rally1 car for 2025, Ott and Martin’s hunger for the sport’s top accolades burns brighter than ever.
Adrien & Alexandre
French crew Adrien Fourmaux and Alexandre Coria will make their Hyundai Motorsport debut at the start of the 2025 season. The duo began their partnership in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. While their first full Rally1 season ended in frustration, they used 2023 to remind the rallying world of their rising stars status – winning the British Rally Championship title with five victories. This earned them a return to the pinnacle of rallying in 2024, where the crew impressed with a number of strong results. Their debut WRC podium came in Rally Sweden, and the pair went on to score four more in Kenya, Poland, Finland and Japan. Their arrival brings fresh energy and determination as we look to challenge for more victories in the upcoming season.
Emil and Reeta
This Finnish duo has enjoyed success together in WRC2, and 2023 sees them bring their talent to our team as part of the Hyundai Motorsport Driver development Programme. “I’m really excited about the opportunity to become part of one of the most accomplished and successful rally teams globally,” says Emil. His co-driver, Reeta, has 10 years of experience to her name, and in 2020 became the first Finnish woman to compete in the World Rally Championship with a WRC car. The pair will continue to contest WRC2, with hopes of defending their championship title.
Fabrizio & Marcelo
Our crew of Paraguayan Fabrizio “Fau” Zaldivar and Italian-born co-driver Marcelo der Ohannesian pilot our i20 N Rally2 in WRC2. 2023 marks their second year of rallying together – competing on a number of different surfaces across three continents in this time. With a natural gravitation towards success in gravel events and some steady progress on tarmac too, this year’s calendar is suited to the pairing.
