i20 N Rally2 crew aim to add to strong start in Turkey

i20 N Rally2 crew Kerem Kazaz and Corentin Silvestre aim to continue their fast start to the season at Rally Bodrum. The pair won the opening round of the championship at the Ege Rallisi and top the entry list for the second round of the season on tarmac roads laid out to the east of the rally’s host city.

The defending champions will not be the only Hyundai Motorsport customers on the event, with GP Garage My Team pairing Tolga Öztürk and Özgür Akdağ sharing an i20 R5.

Edwards and Moynihan seek strong result in Ireland

C&M Motorsport’s Matt Edwards and David Moynihan lead a packed entry list for the Circuit of Ireland Rally, as the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship reaches its second event. The pair carry the #1 on their i20 N Rally2 for the weekend, as winners of last year’s event while driving with a different manufacturer.

Their time as Hyundai Motorsport customers has begun with strong pace. They finished second place on the opening round of the Irish National Championship but were forced out of the battle for the lead in the first Tarmac Championship event. A return to the podium this weekend, kick-starting their title challenge, will be the aim this weekend.

Also among those entered are Irish pairings Cathan McCourt and Barry McNulty, and John Coyne and Killian McArdle, as well as British driver Alan Carmichael, adding a further three i20 N Rally2 to the rally’s Dungannon Service Park.
