i20 N Rally2 crews gather for Monte-Carlo challenge
French tarmac regular Eric Camilli leads Hyundai quartet
Four crews with the i20 N Rally2 are among the field for Rallye Monte-Carlo to start the 2025 FIA World Rally Championship season.
The rally looks set to dish up an unpredictable mix of dry tarmac, snow and ice with all of the tyre choice and strategy to match.
Among the four crews are French Tarmac Rally Championship regulars Eric Camilli and Thibault de la Haye, aboard a 2C Competition-run car. Camilli will have home advantage on his side. The extra knowledge of the roads and conditions on many of the stages could prove critical in a highly competitive 22-strong WRC2 field.
Charles Munster makes his Rallye Monte-Carlo debut with co-driver Loris Pascaud in a car prepared by BMA. The same squad are responsible for Swiss driver Daniel Geux and Christopher Guieu, also making their first appearance at the rally.
The i20 N Rally2 crews for the event are completed by Dutch veteran Henk Vossen and co-driver and compatriot Willem Vissenberg.
