About Thierry
Thierry is a true petrol head; he loves being behind the wheel. He enjoyed huge success at junior levels before making the step up to WRC in 2009, finishing second in the 2013 standings after a competitive season. Those performances caught the eye of our fledgling team, and we signed him for our debut season. He scored our team’s debut podium in Mexico 2014, and a memorable 1-2 (ahead of Dani) in Rallye Deutschland – our maiden victory. A win in Sardinia was the highlight of 2016, in which he finished second in the drivers’ championship. Thierry has since emerged a regular title contender, always at the forefront of the action. He finished as championship runner-up on four consecutive occasions from 2016-2019, increasing his points tally with each passing season. The Belgian has also won a WRC rally every year since 2016, an impressive statistic.
Hailing from St. Vith in the Ardennes forest, Thierry can speak several languages fluently.
