Located 32km north of the nation’s capital Rome, the circuit was initially built as a sand oval in 1959 and has been regularly developed ever since, resulting in its current tarmac configuration. The track presents a challenging test for the drivers. Consisting of 15 turns, the 4.085km circuit contains a variety of corner types, from the long and expansive Turn 2 to the technical section of Turns 11, 12 and 13. It also boasts a number of overtaking opportunities which will result in exciting battles for spectators.
