Livery wins Autolook Award
We are delighted to announce that we have accepted the Innovation Award at the 2022 Autolook Awards, which took place on 7 September in Turin, Italy.
The recognition is for our WRC livery, specifically the red secondary colour. The Autolook Awards committee commended us “for having been able to create a new livery and a new colour combination (azure-red/orange), which soon became a reference livery in the world of rallying.”
The Autolook Awards are dedicated to teams and sponsors within a selection of motorsport’s elite championships: Formula 1, World Rally Championship (WRC) and World Endurance Championship (WEC). The recipients of Autolook awards are those who best execute a coordinated brand image in both their professional industry and public sectors.
The ceremony itself took place as part of Autolook Week (7-11 September), the official event of the Monza Fuori Gran Premio: a celebration of racing cars as pieces of art as well as feats of technology and engineering. Organised in collaboration with the Automobile Club d’Italia, the event includes a display of cars driving through the streets of Turin, including iconic Formula 1 cars from throughout the sport’s history.
As part of our cohesive brand strategy, our new livery retains similar elements to our previous designs while honouring the hybrid era of WRC with a new electrode graphic motif and updated colour combination.
